Digital Goods Delivery

Digital goods, including patterns, are delivered as PDF files, and be available on the personal Dreamknit account. If you do not have an account they will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure you enter a valid email address.
Once they are sent from Dreamknit, these digital products are considered received.

Shipping within Norway

Every yarn supplier has their specific shipping rates and thresholds for free shipping. Correct shipping information and thresholds are stated when you select the yarn kit.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once processed, they will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Standard shipping times within Norway are estimated at 3-5 business days. However, these times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or high-demand seasons.

International Shipping

Dreamknit AS ships Un-told yarns internationally at a flat rate of 210 NOK.
Please note that for orders shipped outside of Norway, customers are responsible for all additional charges upon delivery, including but not limited to local taxes, customs fees, and customs clearance charges.

Order Processing and Tracking

Digital orders are processed automatically and will be received within minutes. If any issues arise with the delivery, please contact us, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Digital goods, including patterns, are delivered as PDF files to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure the email entered is correct, as this cannot be changed once the order is submitted.

Physical orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) from the yarn supplier.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

Unclaimed packages returned to Dreamknit AS may incur a fee to cover actual expenses related to delivery and handling. Unpaid goods that are not collected may be subject to additional charges.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Dreamknit AS is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs processing, natural events, or postal strikes.
