The information we collect is used to improve our services, messaging, offers and campaigns in addition to providing customer support. We also use non-personal data that is not traceable to you in order to provide relevant marketing. We also use this data in order to improve our products and services,

What do we collect?
We only collect personal information when you provide it to us. Examples are e-mail address, phone number, name and address.

How do we use this data?
We store your data safely until we no longer have the need to contact you, or you want us to delete your personal information. You do have the right to ask to see, update and correct your personal information, in addition to deleting it.

Cookies
We use cookies to improve user experience on our website. A cookie is a small text file stored in the browser memory. This is used e.g. to store choices you make on our site, keep your shopping cart and analyze how our site is used when working on improvements. 

 

Display of currencies
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Third party providers
We use Stripe and Vipps as our payment providers and Shopify to host our website, and any personal information needed in order to process your payment is shared with them. You can see their Privacy Policy through the links provided above.

Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager is used to collect data in order to show you relevant marketing ads on Facebook/Meta platforms.
