💸 Is there a free trial?
Yes! Dreamknit offers a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. During the trial, you get one free pattern and unlimited access to all our other tools. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically roll over to the yearly plan.
⏰ Is there a commitment period?
Dreamknit offers yearly and monthly subscriptions that automatically renews each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
⏸️ Can I pause my subscription?
Currently, Dreamknit does not offer the ability to pause subscriptions. You can cancel and resubscribe at a later time.
💰 What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
🙅♀️ What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You will lose access to the patterns created during your subscription period. However, they remain accessible until your subscription's renewal date.
📃 What happens to my patterns if I cancel?
Your designs will be saved on our servers for a limited period after cancellation. You can regain access by resubscribing within this timeframe.
📱 What happens if I lose my phone?
No problem! Simply log in to your Dreamknit account on a new device, and all your saved content will be available.
